initial values

Yast (ncurses UI) "System/Date and time" module shows some random numbers as
initial values for data and time in the "Change" dialog. (Well, the date seems
to be close to correct, but distorted somehow; the time shown is not even
close)

After syncing the time with NTP server, they're back to normal.
