An empty card reader in a printer has never been considered an "storage
device", nor in prior openSUSE releases, nor in any other distro.

BTW, there is a second empty card reader in pc, whitout device name assigned.
We must assign a device name to both or to none of them, but always the same
policy.

And, no this issue does not cause problems other than human confusion.
