sun.jvm.hotspot.tools.HeapSummary requires a java VM process/core!

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Launch some Java process, e.g., tomcat
2. Run "jps" to find the Java ID of the process
3. Run "jmap -heap ID" with "ID" replaced by the the Java ID.
Actual Results:
Exception/crash. See "Details".

Expected Results:
Output of the normal "jmap" heap information for the specified process.
