Ok, while it will be very worthwhile to get drm resume working, it is now clear
that this code was meant solely and purely for VIAs own driver stack. One
cannot build either unichrome or openchrome against this header, as they both
(think that they) require infrastructure not present in this header. This is
again, partly, because of more fundamental issues with the Xorg/DRM/DRI stack.

This patch also introduces infrastructure not used by either driver, and since
this infrastructure is not used, things are not properly initialized.

This patch should be reverted, and VIA should ship their own drm driver in
their driver package.
