Kommander package
description: editor and executor
content: executor

kommander-runtime package (its name says it is executor "runtime")
description: executor
content: executor

There are several issues here:
* misleading descriptions of the package
* no editor of kommander

Reopening, package should provide what it says it provides. If it does not --
it is either error in description or in content, but it is an error. And user
can only rely on description because file list is unavailable for uninstalled
packages.
