http://bugzilla.novell.com/show_bug.cgi?id=505213 Summary: gphoto2 not compiled for large files Classification: openSUSE Product: openSUSE 10.3 Version: Final Platform: i586 OS/Version: openSUSE 11.1 Status: NEW Severity: Normal Priority: P5 - None Component: GNOME AssignedTo: bnc-team-gnome@forge.provo.novell.com ReportedBy: mwelinder@gmail.com QAContact: qa@suse.de Found By: --- User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux i686 (x86_64); en-US; rv:1.9.0.1) Gecko/2008071619 Firefox/3.0.1 Downloading files bigger than 2G from my camera does not seem to be possible with default gphoto2. It starts fine, but at 2G, the application dies. Recompiling with -D_FILE_OFFSET_BITS=64 solves the issue. Version 2.4.3 and 2.4.5 are both affected. (I am taking a guess that gphoto2 is gnome related.) Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. gphoto2 -p 1 Actual Results: Crash at 2G Expected Results: File downloaded -- Configure bugmail: http://bugzilla.novell.com/userprefs.cgi?tab=email ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are on the CC list for the bug.
