O.K You have stated that you want to
avoid putting root things visible like this whenever we
can...
If a default Install is performed the user already knows the root password as
they can access any root function they like - if an application does not ask
for it is irrelevant.
Yes we do want to exclude the user from accessing all root functions, but they
can do precisely this if a default install is performed.
Secondly is consistency of the product 'opensuse' or 'SLED'
The default Menus with either a KDE kickoff/Gnome Menus, in respect to
utilities and system sub-groupings, offer the same functions, except in Gnome
there is no root file manager directly available as a submenu.
Thirdly the title of the bug refers to all the default applications and groups
that is installed in respect to both KDE and Gnome.
