[Bug 482300] radeonhd: Unable to output on monitor connected to DVI-D_1

I've include the output of 'X -logverbose 7' while running 'xrandr --output DVI-D_1' while booted from the two different vesafb modes as attachments to the case. When running the vesafb in 1400x1050 the text on the linux console was a little bit off the screen to the left so a decided to try a different vesafb mode.
