I regressed this BIOS back from A14 to A02 one step at a time and never got this to work with that release. Other contributors to this report tested on a D630, they were able to get an earlier BIOS to work. However they also tested 10.3 and said that it did work for them on all BIOSes, I do believe I recall that 11.1 was also tried and failed identically to 11.0.
