OpenSuSE 11.1 update from 11.0 on MSI M662 Laptop.
Any changes made to network settings through Yast or Ifconfig cause the battery
level to read 0% (poth kpower and battery widget) for several moments. When on
laptop battery power, this is enough to send the machine to standby (even
though battery is fully charged). Attempt to resume from standby hangs machine.

Reproducible: Couldn't Reproduce

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Start KDE4.
2.Open Yast and change Network device settings, save.
(Also when changes made via ifconfig with NetworkManager running.)
3. Observe changes in battery monitor level to 0%

Expected Results:
Battery level should remain at correct percentage.
