Since you claim that's not the case, I will reopen bug#465128 (because it was not deleted) on your behalf. Please understand that when many bugs are opened in a short period by lots of people, it's likely a common theme. This is a high profile bug that has affected lots of people. I do actually know what I'm doing, and making demands claiming otherwise is not conducive to making any progress.
