but it`s only once. did you have the freeze at only that time ?

you say that it will "panic", do you see any messages on the console? is it the
one above or is it a different one ?

if that happens during idle time, can you switch to VT10 (alt-f10) before
leaving the pc ? on freeze you may have any valuable message there. if it`s
different from the above, please make a screenshot with a digicam and upload
here. if it doesn`t fit on screen, try boot with vga=ask and select a higher
framebuffer resolution for the textconsole.
