I run hardware tests from the vendor, and everything was passed successfully. While looking at logs, I found the following message (not sure it is related to the problem, but it is the only thing written before the freeze): kernel: CE: hpet increasing min_delta_ns to 15000 ns kernel: CE: hpet increasing min_delta_ns to 22500 nsec and so on.
