Do I understand correctly that "alsactl restore" doesn't help after reboot? It's a bit unclear what you're trying. Please clarify - which outputs you're listening to; analog, digital, whatever - which sound subsystem; pulseaudio, alsa-lib dmix, etc - the configuration of wine audio; which PCM to use BTW, on 11.0, there is a known problem when you use libflashsupport and dmix. If you are running 11.0 KDE system, libflashsupport is unnecessary and harmful. Try to remove it. Anyway, it'd be helpful if you can have an alsa-info.sh output for both working and non-working states.
