Well,
I have done some experiments and I found that when I assign the scancode to
keycode using "setkeycodes ### something", hdd will stop do keypress-activity.
I thing there is something wrong with how kernel generates keycodes from
scancodes. Something like kernel "scan" his scan-keycode table in RAM, but
there is nothing, then he look to disk (i guess, i really dont know how kernel
do this job).
And I'm posting here needed info:
1) in above attachement
2) list of all key combinations which causes hdd activity and dmesg record:

F1 | e06e | lock sign
F7 | e059 | brghtness up
