Note that the -r option acts like there is only the repo(s) you specify and
your installed packages on the system. 'zypper se -s -i --sort-by-repo -r
kde4_community' should be read as "list all installed packages with only
kde4_community data loaded". If the installed package matches the version from
loaded repositories, it is displayed with 'i'. If it does not match any of repo
packages' version, it is displayed with 'v' _plus_ there will be one more
system (installed) package showing the actual installed version.
Bearing this in mind, your result should be:
S | Name | Type | Version | Arch | Repository
--+-------------+---------+-------------+--------+------------------
v | kio_iso | package | 1.99.1-2.1 | x86_64 | KDE4 Community
v | kio_iso | package | 1.99.1-2.1 | i586 | KDE4 Community
i | kio_iso | package | 1.90.0-31.1 | x86_64 | (System Packages)
i | acetoneiso2 | package | 2.0.2-1.1 | x86_64 | KDE4 Community
So it seems there really is a bug. I'll try to reproduce.
