Both in attachment #244201 and in attachment #244202
your printer is not detected as "usb:/..." but only as "epson:/...".
I guess there is whatever conflict with the generic "usb" backend
(which comes from the cups RPM) and the "epson" backend
(which comes from the gutenprint RPM), something like
the conflict between the generic "usb" backend and the
"hp" backend (which comes from the hplip RPM), see bug 184825.
Or perhaps the "epson" backend simply does not work for you.
Try if it works when you deactivate the "epson" backend using
chmod a-x /usr/lib*/cups/backend/epson
(or move it completely away) and after this
restart the cupsd ("rccups restart")
and then re-run the YaST printer config.
For background information see

"The Backends"
--------------------------------------------------------------------
Upon start-up, cupsd successively executes all backends in
/usr/lib/cups/backend/ in order to determine which of the
backends are available on the respective system.
Only the available backends can be used for the configuration
of queues. The available backends are displayed with "lpinfo -v".
