[Bug 427854] some entries removed from menu. lst and order of entries changed after kernel update

So this probably is the reason why the two entries were removed. (I still have a vague feeling that some time ago the menu entries worked (ie. kernel and initrd files existed), but the entries "CD" and "SuSE 11 paigaldus" still got removed by kernel updates.
