Something runs vol_id on empty optical drives:
run_program: '/lib/udev/vol_id' (stderr) '/dev/.tmp-11-0: error opening
volume'
This must not happen, it closes the tray.
It comes from:
64-lvm2.rules
which must never unconditionally run any program on every block device.
Please get rid of the vol_id call, it's already called in the earlier
device-mapper rules for dm devices.
If you need to call it again, for whatever reason, you need to limit the
invocation to lvm volumes. This rule is expected to break other stuff too,
which explicitly exclude programs which open() the disk.
