[Bug 422847] Glitch with new GDM screen at lower resolutions

Now, I tried to set a smaller resolution. I got it to 800x600 but the DPI seems to be messed up, e.g. tiny font. With this the problem doesn't show either. Also I noticed that the "toolbar" layout has actually changed a bit, the a11y button is not where it used to be.
