[Bug 422848] Cannot restart and shutdown from GNOME

After a reboot, "Hibernate" is still the only option I can select in the Shutdown dialog. "Shutdown", "Restart" and "Sleep" are still greyed out. Sorry in case that I confused you by saying "logout dialog" above. The logout actions (logout and switch user) are both usable.
