https://bugzilla.novell.com/show_bug.cgi?id=422856 Summary: [home:lnussel:mumble] mumble is built without pulseaudio support Product: openSUSE.org Version: unspecified Platform: x86 OS/Version: openSUSE 11.0 Status: NEW Severity: Normal Priority: P5 - None Component: 3rd party software AssignedTo: lnussel@novell.com ReportedBy: benjamin.podszun@gmail.com QAContact: opensuse-communityscreening@forge.provo.novell.com Found By: --- Mumble supports pulseaudio for month, opensuse (at least the gnome environment) defaults to a pa-based setup. This package should support it as well. Support should be enabled by default in src/mumble/mumble.pro if the pkg-file for libpulse is found. Currently mumble is next to unusable for scenarios like mine (playing via wine, which works via the pa alsa plugin. If mumble grabs a specific input or output sink for alsa sound PA dies here). Please rebuild the package(s) with support for pulseaudio again. This is the current stable version (unstable is the same, though): $ ldd $(which /usr/bin/mumble) | grep pulse $ -- Configure bugmail: https://bugzilla.novell.com/userprefs.cgi?tab=email ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are on the CC list for the bug.
