All commands have been in the public ntsutils package since 5/8/08 in the
1.00-45 version. I have now added and released the 1.00-66.1 version that also
contains the lsscsi -g output in the mpio.txt file. However, the straight
lsscsi output was already and is still available in the fs-diskio.txt file. So
I think this should wrap everything up.
