Much props for getting the 3 icons to fit into one (using NetworkManager-kde from KDE BuildService) however the NetworkManager icon does not correctly represent the current connection state as it did in previous versions of NetworkManager.
Ben, what do you mean exactly with 'not correctly'? Will, I guess this is the issue you've told me yesterday.
Another thing in the previous versions of NetworkManager you could also veiw Wireless Networks that were being broadcasts (must like the output of iwlist [interface] scanning) however that is no longer the case, and you can only see the one you are connected do (that I configured in YaST Network Devices).
Did you ever visit a place with more then 20 broadcasting Networks in range? Therefore we decided to only show known networks which are in range. If you have multiple wireless connections defined every connection which is in range will be shown. If not that's a bug. -- Configure bugmail: https://bugzilla.novell.com/userprefs.cgi?tab=email ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are on the CC list for the bug.
