[Bug 392084] Install cannot see drives

The partition scan worked just fine this time. Guess that teaches me to keep my lab blades up to date. :P "Check Installation Media" is still inop, though. I'm going to scan the database, and if it hasn't been posted yet I'll enter a separate report for that.
