https://bugzilla.novell.com/show_bug.cgi?id=394346 Summary: No graphic install with ATI Radeon x800 XL Product: openSUSE 11.0 Version: Factory Platform: x86-64 OS/Version: openSUSE 11.0 Status: NEW Severity: Minor Priority: P5 - None Component: YaST2 AssignedTo: bnc-team-screening@forge.provo.novell.com ReportedBy: larsno1@comhem.se QAContact: jsrain@novell.com Found By: --- Yesterday I tested the newest versions of Fedora, Ubuntu and Mandriva, and they all recognized my graphic card without any problems and presented me with graphic install. But when I install openSUSE 11.0 I get a message that my computer hasn't got enough RAM for graphical install or that my graphics card isn't supported. And after installation I always get the same "Unsupported graphics mode. Click enter or space for available options or wait 30 seconds" at boot. Why is this? It has been like this since version 10, it's getting boring always having to go through the text based installation and never have the graphic boot when "everybody else" seems to manage my graphics card. -- Configure bugmail: https://bugzilla.novell.com/userprefs.cgi?tab=email ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are on the CC list for the bug.
