I think all you have to do, it to compare the new fingerprint of the SVN's certificate with the one listed in the wiki at http://developer.novell.com/wiki/index.php/Template:Subversion_Instructions, and then accept it (p)ermanently.

Private certificates are fine if you can verify them somehow. In this case, it is possible: just lookup the code at http://developer.novell.com/wiki/index.php/Template:Subversion_Instructions .
Yes... but a wiki is not the place to put a verification code, someone could subvert it.
