https://bugzilla.novell.com/show_bug.cgi?id=371130 Summary: AVerTV Hybrid+FM Volar doesn't work Product: openSUSE 10.3 Version: Final Platform: x86 OS/Version: openSUSE 10.3 Status: NEW Severity: Normal Priority: P5 - None Component: Kernel AssignedTo: kernel-maintainers@forge.provo.novell.com ReportedBy: rafpolak@gmail.com QAContact: qa@suse.de Found By: --- AVerTV Hybrid+FM Volar is an USB TV card which should work in Linux because manufacturer released drivers for it. Product's site is http://www.avermedia.com/AVerTV/Product/ProductDetail.aspx?Id=31 , link to latest Linux driver is http://www.avermedia.com/AVerTV/Support/DownloadCount.aspx?FDFId=1261 . I can install driver without any problems, but card doesn't work at all. I noticed strange error when browsing dmesg so I thought it may be kernel's fault. I will attach output from lsmod | grep a828 and dmesg in the next two messages. -- Configure bugmail: https://bugzilla.novell.com/userprefs.cgi?tab=email ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are on the CC list for the bug.
