The locale provides has actually been removed two years ago, see the bug
#154097.
I think that the problem is that "OpenOffice_org-de" requires
"myspell-german-dictionary" that is provided by both "myspell-german" and
"myspell-german-old".
I have just removed the strict dependency from "OpenOffice_org-de" and added
"Recommends: myspell-german" instead. I hope that it will help.
I would like to submit the updated OOo package on Friday (Feb 29).
Feel free to reopen the bug if you see the problem on next openSUSE-11.0-aplha.
