Sorry but there will be no changes in the boot scripts. You may use a
transparent way to boot the system with nfsroot before any boot script/network
script is running, this could be done by a `sysinit' entry within an appropiate
/etc/inittab ... after the `sysinit' entry the normal `bootwait' entry
is executed.
An other method could be the usage of e special initrd image which does the
same job as in the former `sysinit' but leave the /etc/inittab from the
nfsroot table untouched. With the help of `mount --bind' or `mount --rbind'
it is possible to import the appropiate nfsroot partition from the server.
At least the network script/setup should simply ignore the interface used for
the nfsroot setup.
Nevertheless, such a setup is not supported even in future, sorry.
