Well, model=3stack is basically a workaround to overcome the broken BIOS.
Sadly, Dell ships a special Windows config file but never fixed BIOS. The
newer version of ALSA drivers have the built-in workaround for most of Dell
machines. So, YaST shouldn't add this workaround blindly because it breaks the
fix in the future version.
The real problem is that the sound doesn't work at boot without alsasound
restart hack. That's bad. Something must conflict.
So, remove your hack to call raclsasound, then reboot the system again. Check
/proc/asound/card whether it contains only HD-audio. Then upload the generated
file via "alsactl -f somefile store".
