Nothing. The screen is locked, and that's it. If I enter my username and
password, I'm back to the KDE session. If I don't enter my username and
password, then nothing happens.
Suspend to RAM is working. I was just following the steps in
http://en.opensuse.org/S2disk - one of the mentioned prerequisites for s2disk
is working s2ram.
I should've probably made the bug report more clear. s2ram is working after the
upgrade. s2disk does not work after the upgrade (neither from command line nor
from kpowersave) unless
a) SUSPEND2RAM_FORCE="yes" is set in /etc/powersave/sleep, and
b) a new file, /etc/pm/config.d/config, is created by hand, containing
HIBERNATE_METHOD="kernel".
Basically, the gist of the bug report is: s2disk worked fine in opensuse 10.2
without any manual configuration, and upgrade to 10.3 broke it, and fixing it
requires manual config file editing and creation of new files, etc.
