Can you try these then:
ftp.suse.com/pub/people/trenn/cpufreq_debug_10_3
There should be three kernels there. The x86_64 based should be of no interest
for you.
This one:
kernel-default-2.6.22.12-0.1.i586.rpm
is the 10.3 based with cpufreq_debug enabled.
This one:
kernel-default-2.6.24_rc2-13.i586.rpm
is the very latest with cpufreq_debug enabled.
Can you pls install one (or both..., best with rpm -ivh, to not override your
original one), boot with:
cpufreq.debug=7
Then try to run into this, copy away dmesg right after hitting the bug:
dmesg >/tmp/dmesg
and attach the /tmp/dmesg file to this bug.
