https://bugzilla.novell.com/show_bug.cgi?id=309330#c268932 Summary: Main Menu - Application crashes if user drags a document from "Favorite Documents" to "Recent Documents" Product: openSUSE 10.3 Version: Beta 3 Platform: Other OS/Version: Other Status: NEW Severity: Blocker Priority: P5 - None Component: GNOME AssignedTo: jimmyk@novell.com ReportedBy: jpallen@novell.com QAContact: qa@suse.de Depends on: 268932 Found By: Other +++ This bug was initially created as a clone of Bug #268932 +++ Build: SLED-10-SP1-DVD-i386-Build00205-DVD1.iso Problem - If the user drags one of the "Favorite Documents" or "Favorite Applications" tiles to the "Recent Documents" or "Recent Applications" area of the Main Menu, the application crashes. Steps to Reproduce- - Access a couple test documents so that the Recent Documents area gets populated in the Main Menu. - Open the Main Menu and go to the Documents tab - Drag one of the tiles from the "Favorite Documents" section into the "Recent Documents" section. The gnome-main-menu will crash at this point in time Expected Behavior - The application shouldn't crash when the user drags / removes a "Favorite Documents" or "Favorite Applications" tile by dragging it. It seems logical since a user can drag a recent application or recent document into their respected favorites area, we should probably have it so the user can remove favorites with the same type of drag and drop functionality. -- Configure bugmail: https://bugzilla.novell.com/userprefs.cgi?tab=email ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are on the CC list for the bug.
