https://bugzilla.novell.com/show_bug.cgi?id=307336 Summary: kdump: YaST2: it is too easy to produce a bad URL for the CIFS dump Product: openSUSE 10.3 Version: Beta 2 Platform: Other OS/Version: Other Status: NEW Severity: Normal Priority: P5 - None Component: YaST2 AssignedTo: bnc-team-screening@forge.provo.novell.com ReportedBy: jdluhos@novell.com QAContact: jsrain@novell.com Found By: --- When setting up kdump over CIFS, YaST2 produces two editboxes for specifying the path: the share and the directory. For things to work properly, it is necessary to add a slash either to the end of the share, or to the start of the directory. If the user does not use any slash, the name of the share and the directory get pasted right together, producing an invalid path. -- Configure bugmail: https://bugzilla.novell.com/userprefs.cgi?tab=email ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are on the CC list for the bug.
