Summary: DDD shows strange background for disabled menu items
Product: openSUSE 10.3
Version: Beta 2
Platform: Other
OS/Version: Other
Status: NEW
Severity: Normal
Priority: P5 - None
Component: Development
AssignedTo: anosek@novell.com
ReportedBy: bwalle@novell.com
QAContact: qa@suse.de
CC: schwab@novell.com
Found By: Development
See also the attached screenshot and the thread on research@suse.de. Also,
the DDD from 10.3 doesn't return a resource tree for editres and doesn't honor
resource settings at all.
For example, I used following entries for DDD:
ddd.background: BACKGROUND_COLOR
ddd*XmList.background: TEXTFIELD_COLOR
ddd*XmTextField.background: TEXTFIELD_COLOR
ddd*XmText.background: TEXTFIELD_COLOR
ddd*background: BACKGROUND_COLOR
ddd*XmScrollBar*background: BACKGROUND_COLOR
ddd*tipShell.background: TOOLTIP_COLOR
or course with
#define BACKGROUND_COLOR #E6E7E8
#define TOOLTIP_COLOR #eee1b3
#define TEXTFIELD_COLOR white
#define SELECT_FOREGROUND #FFFFFF
#define SELECT_BACKGROUND #587ea0
at the beginning of the file. This works in 10.3 for other OpenMotif
applications (like xpdf.background: BACKGROUND_COLOR for xpdf), but not
for DDD.
