https://bugzilla.novell.com/show_bug.cgi?id=302173 Summary: LSB: Combination of XGrabServer + XCloseDisplay causes a xcb assertion Product: openSUSE 10.3 Version: Beta 1 Platform: Other OS/Version: Other Status: NEW Severity: Normal Priority: P5 - None Component: X.Org AssignedTo: sndirsch@novell.com ReportedBy: jdluhos@novell.com QAContact: xorg-maintainer-bugs@forge.provo.novell.com Found By: --- Found by LSB tests (/tset/CH02/clsdsply/clsdsply 6): When a client has two connections to the X server, calls XGrabServer() on one of them, and then closes that connection (the grab should be automatically released), an xcb assertion is triggered and the whole program is terminated. This only occurs in 10.3, not in 10.2; it is worth mentioning that even in 10.2 it does not work correctly (IMHO), the server seems to ignore the grab, but the program does not crash in 10.2. Please see the attached test case. -- Configure bugmail: https://bugzilla.novell.com/userprefs.cgi?tab=email ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are on the CC list for the bug.
