[Bug 245428] Update breaks while drpmsync is running

drpmsync deletes files in the last step, so it is always in "--delete-after"
mode. "--delay-updates" doesn't help a bit, as it's about file deletion.
The only solution I see is to keep deleted files around for an hour or two.
Don't know if the mirrors like that, though.
