https://bugzilla.novell.com/show_bug.cgi?id=300798 Summary: Wrong driver selected Product: openSUSE 10.3 Version: Beta 1 Platform: Other OS/Version: Other Status: NEW Severity: Normal Priority: P5 - None Component: Kernel AssignedTo: kernel-maintainers@forge.provo.novell.com ReportedBy: axel.braun@gmx.de QAContact: qa@suse.de Found By: --- I'm trying 10.3b1 on a ThinkPad A30. When installing a wireless network card Intersil Corporation ISL3890[Prism GT/Prism Duette]/ISL3886 [Prism Javelin/Prism Xbow] (rev 01) It chooses the module prism54 to load. Is it possible that this module is outdated? Shouldnt the newer islsm module, as offered on prism54.org, be used? Mainly for the sake of being able to use WPA-encryption.
