Your BIOS does control thermal/fan itself.
There is no thermal device declared in the DSDT.
This would be a device looking like:
ThermalZone (THRM)
The thermal module still always gets loaded by default, that has some other
reasons.
I wonder why you want to override your DSDT?
You shouldn't do that, if not absolutely necessary.
