The problem with empty dialog has been fixed, there is a title describing the
current action now.

Concept of delayed popups looks quite interesting, I think it's a good solution
how to prevent flashing on a fast machine and still display some feedback on a
slow machine.

Qt (and also other toolkits) support "busy indicator" instead of the real
progress (it's a progress bar with indicator which moves forth and back).
