I never saw or heard of anything like this before. I also don't know of one
single place where YaST2 or any of its module intentionally starts Nautilus.

This sounds much more like a desktop-related problem to me. Since you get
Nautilus, I assume you are running GNOME, right?

You could try to verify or disprove this by starting those YaST2 modules from
another desktop like fwvm2 or Xfce. They should be available from the login
manager (GDM).
