[Bug 279024] network breaks down with e100 driver on a core duo box under heavy network load

https://bugzilla.novell.com/show_bug.cgi?id=279024 ------- Comment #2 from admin@eregion.de 2007-06-01 01:28 MST ------- more additional info: with the latest e100 driver from intel.com, built directly from the tar file into a rpm by using rpmbuild -ta, the network doesnt break down anymore, and gets a 100mbit fullduplex link without any ethtool options in the ifconfig file.
