https://bugzilla.novell.com/show_bug.cgi?id=254406 Summary: panel blocks window movement using xinerama Product: openSUSE 10.2 Version: Final Platform: Other OS/Version: Other Status: NEW Severity: Normal Priority: P5 - None Component: KDE AssignedTo: bnc-team-screening@forge.provo.novell.com ReportedBy: mimosius@gmx.de QAContact: qa@suse.de I'm using a vertical xinerama layout with screen 1 above screen 2 and kicker placed at the bottom of screen 1. I can't move a window to the second lower screen completely, because it stops when the window titlebar reaches the kicker panel. I already added a comment and a possible fix to the KDE bugtracker, see: https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=71086 I noticed that the openSUSE kdebase3 package already includes some xinerama improvements, so i decided to create a new bug entry and attach a simple patch which solves this problem. The patch fixes the problem described above and the behavior of the keyboard shortcut "Window to next screen", which is part of the openSUSE xinerama patch. -- Configure bugmail: https://bugzilla.novell.com/userprefs.cgi?tab=email ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are on the CC list for the bug, or are watching someone who is.
