https://bugzilla.novell.com/show_bug.cgi?id=253997 Summary: gnome-system-monitor says "SUSE LINUX" instead of "openSUSE" Product: openSUSE 10.3 Version: Alpha 1plus Platform: All OS/Version: Linux Status: NEW Severity: Minor Priority: P5 - None Component: GNOME AssignedTo: bnc-team-gnome@forge.provo.novell.com ReportedBy: andreas.hanke@gmx-topmail.de QAContact: qa@suse.de The new gnome-system-monitor package seems to use the output of "lsb_release -irc" instead of whatever it used before. The output of "lsb_release -irc" currently is: Distributor ID: SUSE LINUX Release: 10.3 Codename: n/a As a consequence, gnome-system-monitor now thinks openSUSE is SUSE LINUX. I'm not sure whether lsb_release should print something else or whether gnome-system-monitor should call lsb_release differently. -- Configure bugmail: https://bugzilla.novell.com/userprefs.cgi?tab=email ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are on the CC list for the bug, or are watching someone who is.
