I unloaded the cpufreq_ondemand module and (re)started KPowersave and HAL (after comment out the cpufreq related functions in the startscript) and everything work as expected and KPowersave use the userspace governor. KPowersave do the same as powersave, but in an other way and the patch you added to STABLE is IMO not correct. You can't copy the code from powersave to KPowersave because KPowersave use own methodes to call DBus methodes with a different syntax and types than powersave/liblazy.
