https://bugzilla.novell.com/show_bug.cgi?id=252947 Summary: kprinter stores into ~/.lpoptions Product: openSUSE 10.2 Version: Final Platform: All OS/Version: SuSE Other Status: NEW Severity: Normal Priority: P5 - None Component: KDE AssignedTo: bnc-team-screening@forge.provo.novell.com ReportedBy: jsmeix@novell.com QAContact: qa@suse.de Using openSUSE 10.2 with CUPS 1.2 (default in openSUSE 10.2) and kdebase3-3.5.5-78. Klicking on "Properties" change one (e.g. Page size to "A5") and klick on [Save] stores (e.g. "PageSize=A5") in ~/.lpoptions which is useless because this file is for CUPS 1.1. Since CUPS 1.2 it is ~/.cups/lpoptions. Workaround: ln -s .cups/lpoptions .lpoptions According to Michael Sweet, this big should not have happened if KDE would use only the the published CUPS APIs. -- Configure bugmail: https://bugzilla.novell.com/userprefs.cgi?tab=email ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are on the CC list for the bug, or are watching someone who is.
