If think i found the problem (have a T60p on 10.2-GM here with the same
the 94cpufreq hook doesn't work when "affected_cpus" of cpufreq has more than
one cpu, as it immediatelly sets the performance governor after it saved the
state. But this will also set the next cpu to another governor (performance) ..
and in the end (on resume) the setting of the (wrong) gorvernor will also
overwrite the governors of the other cpus.

The patch attached (in a few seconds) will contain a proposal to fix this via
first saving the states and afterwards settin the cores to performance for
suspend. I tested this on the T60p here and it works just fine.
