scpm cannot diff service status anymore

if i change the profile, scpm tells me that "service cups" changed. If i select
"view diff", it tells me that "ressource type service does not support diff
operation" (see the screenshot in attachment 121507
https://bugzilla.novell.com/attachment.cgi?id=121507 to bug 249708)

This worked in older SUSE LINUX versions.
