Summary: ncurses YAST blinks when arrow keying up-n-down menu
list
Product: openSUSE 10.2
Version: Final
Platform: i686
OS/Version: Other
Status: NEW
Severity: Minor
Priority: P5 - None
Component: YaST2
AssignedTo: bnc-team-screening@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
ReportedBy: jason@xxxxxxxxxxx
QAContact: jsrain@xxxxxxxxxx

This is minor but new since I upgrade from 10.1 to 10.2 on this very plain jane
x86 server, and the issue is when one enters 'yast' from the console and gets
the ordinary blue menu screen, every single push of an arrow key on the
keyboard, causes the entire screen to redraw, it flashes on an off in a 1/4 of
a second, and re-draws your highlighted position marker in the new position
after the re-draw. It is fully functional. It is simply annoying, that's all. I
have never seen this before on any of our SUSE machines before (laptops,
desktops, servers) and was wondering if any one else is seeing this as well. I
am marking this as lowest priority. Please let me know how else I can help add
info' to this one. Thank you very much to all. Cheers. Peace.
